FINO’s agaves grow and flourish at a higher elevation in a mineral rich red soil.The availability of ample sunlight and the natural properties of the soil gift the agaves a richness in sugar and more viscosity and body weight, leading to a smoother, premium quality tequila with sweet tropical flavors and refreshing fruit essence.

hand-harvested

The hand harvested pinas are slow cooked in a brick oven for approximately 48-60 hours, then crushed using mechanical roller mills, extracting all the sweet agave juices. The juices roll through double distillation in copper stills.
